All ready-to-ship orders are processed and mailed within 2-3 business days via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package's journey.

Please note that once your order has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 2 business days with photos of the packaging and the product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We want you to love your Frog City Farms purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to issue a refund in the form of store credit upon the return of the item(s). Customers are responsible for returning items in their original condition, including the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to ensure it is in its original, unused condition, we will issue store credit for the full purchase amount, minus the original shipping costs. Please note that we cannot issue a refund or store credit until the item has been received and inspected.
