Wholesale or Consignment
We currently offer both wholesale and consignment options for our handmade soap products. Minimum Order Value
The minimum wholesale order is a quantity of 20 bars per product. This ensures that you have an adequate stock to meet customer demand and that we can offer you competitive pricing.​

Returns/Cancellations
All wholesale orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. The retailer acknowledges that Frog City Soap cannot be held responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products once they are in the retail location or after purchase by a customer. Our soaps, while durable, are handmade and should be handled with care.

In the event that damage occurs during the shipping process, it must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please email us with detailed photos of the packaging and the damaged products. Do not dispose of the packaging or the products until we have resolved the issue. We will work with you to find the best solution, whether that involves a replacement or a credit.
